By using PixCarry, you agree to these terms.

The service

PixCarry is a utility app that backs up photos and videos from your device to a storage destination you choose. We do not host your data. The app's functionality depends on the destination you configure and on Apple's iOS background-execution policies, which we cannot fully control.

Acceptable use

Do not use PixCarry to upload content you do not have the right to upload, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the storage destination you choose and for the data you place in it.

No warranty

PixCarry is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee that backups will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always verify your backups independently.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PixCarry is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
