Last updated: July 25, 2026
Short version: PixCarry does not see, collect, transmit, or store your photos or videos. We have no servers.
What we do not collect
- Your photos or videos.
- The contents of your storage destinations.
- The credentials you store in the app (they live in the iOS Keychain on your device).
What we do collect
- Anonymous crash reports. Standard iOS crash data, no personal content. You can opt out in iOS Settings.
- App Store analytics. The minimum Apple requires from developers, and only if you opt in to share with developers.
Where your data goes
PixCarry sends files directly from your phone to the storage destination you choose (S3, SFTP, FTP, WebDAV, PhotoPrism, PixCarry Desktop, or a custom HTTP endpoint). The transfer happens between your device and your destination. We have no relay or proxy.
Children's privacy
PixCarry is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
